uOttawa Digital Policy Association (uODPA) is a non-partisan student club exploring the intersection of technology, law, governance, and public policy. We examine how emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, privacy and data protection, cybersecurity, platform regulation, and intellectual property, are governed and regulated. Through panels, workshops, roundtables, competitions, webinars, networking events, hackathons, and discussions, students build the knowledge and analytical skills needed to engage meaningfully with the policy challenges of the digital age. Open to students from all faculties, uODPA offers an inclusive and interdisciplinary student community. No prior experience is required, only curiosity, critical thinking, and an interest in how technology shapes society.
